📅 Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unopened and unused in its original packaging
• In the same condition as you received it
• With the original invoice or proof of purchase
• With intact seals (for safety and hygiene)

• Damaged during shipping: Product arrived damaged or broken
• Wrong product delivered: You received a different product than ordered
• Manufacturing defect: Product has a visible manufacturing defect
• Expired product: Product received is past expiry date (very rare)
• Quality issue: Product quality doesn't meet standards (unopened only)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or consumed products
• Products with broken or damaged seals
• Products bought during clearance sales (unless damaged/defective)
• Free samples or promotional items
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery
• Products without original packaging or invoice

📦 How to Return a Product

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

1. Contact Us Within 7 Days
   Email us at customercare.nutriveda@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 78936 39037 with:
   • Order ID
   • Product name and quantity
   • Reason for return
   • Photos (if damaged/defective)
2. Wait for Approval
   Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions.
3. Pack the Product Securely
   Pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and invoice. Ensure it's sealed properly for safe transit.
4. Ship the Product
   Ship the product to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
5. Receive Refund
   Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

💰 Refund Process

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase:

• UPI/PhonePe: 3-5 business days
• Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
• Net Banking: 5-7 business days
• Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer (provide account details)

Refund Amount:

• Product Price: Full amount refunded
• Shipping Charges: Not refunded (unless product was damaged/defective)
• Return Shipping: Customer responsibility (unless product was damaged/wrong item)

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Inspection: 1-2 business days
• Approval: Email notification sent
• Refund Processing: 5-7 business days
• Bank Credit: Additional 2-3 days (depends on your bank)

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product:

1. Return the original product following our return process
2. Once refund is processed, place a new order for the desired product

Exception: If we sent you the wrong product, we'll arrange exchange at no extra cost.

After Shipment:

• Refuse delivery: Reject the package when it arrives (full refund minus shipping)
• Return after delivery: Follow normal return process

📦 Missing Items or Incorrect Order

If your order is missing items or you received incorrect products:

1. Check your package thoroughly - sometimes items are packed separately
2. Verify your order - check order confirmation email
3. Contact us within 48 hours with:
   • Order ID
   • Photo of items received
   • Photo of package and shipping label

We'll resolve by:

• Shipping missing items at no cost
• Issuing partial refund for missing items
• Arranging return and replacement for wrong items
